Return & Refund policy

In situations beyond our control, there may arise certain conditions where you might receive a damaged or defective product or a product that differs from your original order. We will replace such products with the same items at no additional cost. If you encounter such circumstances, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Service Team before using the product.  For products that are not damaged or defective, we will consider accepting returns on a case-by-case basis according to these Terms. The return process for products ordered through www.staminasavor.com is subject to our sole discretion and may vary depending on the nature and category of the product ordered.

Conditions for Return

To ensure a swift resolution, we kindly request that you notify us within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving any damaged or defective product(s).

For returning products, it is important that they are in the same condition as when you received them, including the hygienic seals remaining intact. Please note that, except when required by law, we do not replace used or opened products under any circumstances. When returning products, please ensure they are accompanied by their original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoices. To prevent any further damage during transit, we strongly advise you to securely and adequately package the returned items. To arrange the collection of your return, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at staminasaver@gmail.com. Our dedicated team will coordinate with one of our drivers or shipping partners to schedule a pickup. Once we receive the return, it will be inspected to determine its acceptability.

Refunds

Once we have deemed the basis for the return acceptable, based solely on our judgment, and once Stamina Savor has received the returned product, we will initiate the refund process according to the original mode of payment for the order. If the order was paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card within 15 working days. Please note that any delays in the refund process caused by banking procedures are beyond our responsibility.

 For all other modes of payment, the refund will be issued via a cheque made payable to the individual named on our invoice and provided at the time of order. This refund will be processed within 7 working days.
